What are these little bugs?

Does my tank have fleas or what?? Seem to be multipling quickly.

pods....a natural good thing...help eat crap and are food for many organisms in a reef

If you don't care for them, there are many fish that will eat them as diet such as the six-line wrasse, a great reef fish.
