Lighting for 31" deep Tank

I have a 36x24x31 tank. Im thinking of getting the Outer Oribit Pro HQI/T-5 LED light. Its 469Watts total would that be enough light for my tank?

It has
2-150w HQI
4-39w T-5 HO
9 blue and 9 white LED

That might be a little deep for 150 watt halides. But as long as you aren't trying to keep clams or sps at the bottom I think you would be okay. I have 150's over an 18 inch deep tank. 31" might need 250's.
