Is there hope?
So my tank crashed a few weeks ago and most of my livestock was saved via taking it to the fish store. I was on vacation so it was on my mom to catch everything. She missed a pistol shrimp, watchman goby, a scooter blenny, and a mushroom rock. Im happy to say that the shrimp and two fish managed to survive in the tank. Its like 1/4 of the way full w/ my rock/sand w/ a pump/heater to keep it alive. I guess it was enough for them too. However i found my mushroom rock today w/ only 1 very shriveled mushroom on it. It had like 8 b4. The water param is fine but it hasnt had light for the last two weeks. Is there any hope or is it just a rock now. Any advice on how to save it is appreciated. Right now its under actinics cuz i dont want to shock it.

Since coralline is a low light algae, it will return.

The mushroom should survive , you are right to bring the light back slowly over a period of a few days.
