removing frag plugs?
How do you guys remove frags from their plugs? I have a zoa frag that's on a plastic plug that i'd like to remove so i can glue it down to a rock. the frag itself is on a small piece of rock that is glued down to the plastic plug that is too big to attach to the rock i want to put the zoas on without looking really strange and potentially impeding the zoas from spreading. any thoughts on the best way to remove it?

I have done this a few times and if it is on a small rock, it will pop right off the plug with a little force. You can do this outside the water with no negative affects to the zoos. I like to just use a small pair of pliers to grip onto the rock and pull it off the plug.

Looks like you found your solution.
I just use a utility knife or if the person who put it there used a ton of glue, a small chisel and hammer.
