Feed cycle works through controller not through Aquanotes

My Feed cycle works perfectly through ACPro. When I try to activate it through AquaNotes Vs.3.0 (which I would prefer) the pumps start up prematurely. Any thoughs?
Pumps are through DC8

Here is my program:

MH2$-A2
MH3$-A3
MH4$-A4
ALM&-B1
H2O#-B9
PM1#-A5
PM2#-A7
HET#-C1

Are you using the latest version of Aquanotes? When you start the feed cycle do you get a dialog that pops up and counts down to the end of the feed cycle?

I am using 3.0.
Yes it does. It continues to count down after the pumps restart.

Try upgrading to the latest version (3.50.3) and see if that fixes your problem; you can download it from the AquaNotes page on neptunesys.com.

No, that was it. AquaNotes is supported via email; support@neptunesys.com; see what they say.
