Help: is this a good retrofit?

i'm going to be setting up my new tank 80g 48''long 18''W 24''. i have a 12'' canopy can i do a retro fit metal halide 2x250w was looking at this retrofit 48" 2x250W HQI Metal Halide/ 2x54W T5 Fluorescent more info below

is this a good quality retro? if not what do you recommend?
would it be better to go with coral life Aqualight Pro HQI/Compact Fluorescent/Lunar Light Fixture 2x250 and 2-96 watt pc more info here http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...m?pcatid=12113
