I can't help but I'm interested in your lighting setups. I have a 46G freshwater I'm considering converting but need lighting suggestions

I just bought a 36" Nova extreme pro - it's a 6 bulb t-5 fixture. This will be the first time setting up a t-5 fixture for me, I have tried PC, MH, and VHO. I had a 40 with a 250 watt DE 14 k Pheonix bulb in a mini pfo pendant and liked that alot, however i want something that run's cooler so i decided to go with the t-5's.

The 36" Nova Extreme Pro is a nice fixture but you should re-lamp it. I was hesitant to swap bulbs but I am glad I did. The stock lamps leave a lot to be desired.

I had the 36" Nova Extreme over a 46 BF but now I use it over a 58. It works well in both cases.

If you are considering FOWLR or lower light corals look into the Nova Extreme SLR. It is only 4 bulbs but has a smaller foot print versus the Extreme Pro
