First one is a cup coral. I have several that came is as hitch hickers on my LR. They are no problem. See from quote from Melev's Reef Web site "This is a Cup Coral, and it is about 1" wide. I discovered it deep within the rockwork of my reef tank. It is almost invisible during the daytime, but late at night with a flashlight I could see it quite easily. The tricky part was getting a picture. It looks very similar to a Suncoral polyp, but the tentacles are clear with tiny speckles. Usually Cup Corals come in as hitchhikers on Live Rock (LR) such as from Tampa Bay Saltwater (an online vendor). I have since found a few more of these growing in my tank, but always within the rocks and out of sight. Reef-safe."
Second one I can't tell but looks like a sponge. Just let it be and see what happens. Hitch hiker on the LR. You'll probably find more stuff if you look hard enough.

+2 for cup coral. I had a few in my tank and did some researching. Second one looks more like a sponge than coraline. Just leave it alone, they usually don't need much light or flow

Not sure if it was suggested yet, but it sure looks like a cup coral.
