Can I safely plug a surge protector into an EnergyBar 8 / DC8?
I just received my APEX and I'm wondering if I can plug a surge into it so that all four of my Koralias can be on 1 outlet?
Thoughts?

I actually do this. I work at an aerospace company that builds electric power generation systems for 99% of all commercial planes out there.....I asked one of the electrical engineers at work. He told me even though manufacturers recommendations say plug it directly into a wall its not a risk to do what you are asking and I do. he recommended using electrical tape to tape the plug into the apex to insure it doesnt fall out. Also insure when you daisy chain cords that your wires upstream are equal to or better than the cable being plugged in...meaning it can handle same amperage and voltage....
