Neptune AquaController Pro

Just got an AquaController Pro. It's the older version, not the III version. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. Looking for some help on getting the full potential out of it. Right now I only have PH, Temp and ORP probes. Does anyone have one of these? If so how do you have yours set up? Also, I am totally confused about the X10 and how it is used. The module I have plugs into a wall socket and has a phone cord plug that plugs into the controller.

I know that I will need the RS232 cable to plug into a computer. And also I will want all the additional probes. If for no other reason, then just for the fun of it. I like the idea of having a complete automated measurement system going even if I don't use any particular measurement all the time.

What would be benificial to add to this unit and how can I make the most of it?

Thanks
