ID please, bugs-good/bad????

I have a few diff. pics of some bugs, critters, worms, snails I don't know what they are, hence this thread.

I think this might be a Sand Skater, but not sure---good???

I have some smaller bugs I will post later, these arent all in one tank I have 4 tanks set up right know

flatworm - doesn't look like any of the harmful ones
munnid isopod - beneficial
polychaete - beneficial
sorry, not enough detail to tell what it is
