Are yours what are also called tulip anemones (rather pretty with pink tips and glow green under actinic)? Pop them off the rock with a butter knife and flush them. They are easy to manually remove, very unlike aiptasia. If they're not easy to remove they're something else (probably aiptasia). You can buy peppermint shrimp or chemicals to get rid of aiptasia. Peppermint shrimp take a while.
