Nova Extreme Pro, or should I get a SunPod 2x150 for my 40b
I have a NEP over my 40B, had some issues with ALK and stray voltage, got those taken care of, things are slowlllllly coloring up, well the ones that made it. I also have them 6" under the surface. I have 4Blue+ plus a true actinic, and a KZ. THe color is perfect.
I have a pink birdsnest doing good up high, also have a ORA montipora digi that lost most color, but is growing great, but is a very light hue of pink, when I got it it was great blue. Bonsi is alive but very light in color polyps are almost invisable. Have a LA LAkers montipora near top that is showing great color. Clam on the snadbed is doing awesome. I can pick up a sunpod 36" 2x150 with LEDs for $200. Will this get me more light? Give me your thoughts. I dont have a par meter, so I have no idea what Im putting put now. |

SO I picked up the SunPod, over the 40 Breeder, it its TONS brighter. Can beleive it, though I loved the colors I had on the T5 so much better. THis has the stock 14k bulb that ships with it. Thinking maybe 14 phoenix, or ReefBrite LED actinics for adding a lil blue.
