So where did everyone sink their money before they caugth the reef bug???

Just curious where everyone sank their money before they caught the reef bug.
I collected Zippo brand lighters and have quite a valuable collection. It was almost as bad as the reef bug. Guess which one won out

I am thinking about selling my collection and upgrading to a larger tank.

Guitars and bonsai for me. I have since sold off most of my bonsai trees to fuel the reef addiction but my guitar collection is here to stay.

thoroughbreds ..... they need more patience and funds than the reef tank! Wallet gets awful skinny doing both!

i shot competition archery. the archery shop that sponsored me closed down and i had no where to practice indoors for free. so i sold my entire set up for $1700 and got a reef setup.

used to be a saltwater fishing for life type guy
until my son was diagnosed with autism so my tank is what keeps me alive and when i say alive i really mean it

It's always been in saltwater aquariums. I got my first tank (20 gallon) 18 years ago when I was in the 5th grade. Nowadays, traveling to foreign countries gets a lot of my money and even more of my time. Fishing is my other hobby.
