Calling Grim or other t5 specialist ;)
Hello guys. i am in need of some lighting advice. I have allways used t5's in the past but am upgrading from a 75 to a 135 here shortly. Financially the lighting is where I am struggling the most as far as the price of fixtures for that length of tank. I do however have access to two 175 mh pendants from sunlight supply that i can use but would also like to incorporate some t5's for depth, color and more wattage for the tank. Plans are getting and Ice cap 660 and utilizing 60" 80 watt bulbs but not sure to go with 2 or 4 bulbs. I am keeping mostly softies a few lps and would like to keep some caps but thats about it for sps. Or should I just scrap the MH's and shoot for 8x8 t5 running off the ice cap. Oh i forgot i don't have any money any suggestions on the using the 175's and some t5.
Thanks all. |
