best t5 color combo
i have a 75g tank with mushrooms, pylops, softys, and some lps corals. i am ready to upgrade my lighting to a 8 bulb t5 fixture. i just cant deside a good bulb combo i only want to use uvl's because they are the easiest for me to get. so any ideas would be great i want good color and good growth/health
bulbs 1,3,6,8 on one ballast and 2,4,5,7 on another |

8 bulbs is a little overkill on a 75. Might want to look at 6 bulbs. It will save money in electricity and bulb replacements.
For 8 bulbs I would run 5 UVL 454, 2 Actinic White and 1 UVL Indigo sun.

so you think 8 is to much? i wanted to use only 6 but thought it wasnt enough i think ill do the 6 bulb ... think this would work good?

I would go for this,
454 75/25 454 Actinic White 454 454 Do #2 and #5 as dusk dawn if possible. If not 1 and 6 will work.
