should i feed my fuge?
i have a refugium w/ LR,3"sand bed ,refugium mud and cheato. I can see the pods in and around the cheato . should i put any type of food in the refugium itself?

I would say no unless you really want to increase your pod population. If your happy with your current population no need to.

I occasionally add a little food, but don't over do it. I have some snails, crabs and pods in there so they need something to eat.
