Nitrate Issues?

I've had a 110g tank running for about a year now. It has a 33g sump wich is divided into sections (skimmer- > fuge -> return) and I have a mag 12 as a return. In the tank itself I have about 100lbs of LR and a 3" sand bed. It is lit by 2 x 250w MH 20k newly switched out and also four 24" T5s. As for pumps I have a K4, K5, and 2 maxijets modded w/ sureflow.

My skimmer is the octopus NW-200 and pulls some good stuff...

I had a cyano outbreak about a month or two ago which has subsided thanks to two 33% water changes. Nevertheless I have a bryopsis plague taking over my tank now. I have testd the water and the results are:
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
nitrate-0
alk- 9dKH
calcium- 400

I rinse the PE Mysis everytime I feed it, clean my skimmer, cut back chaeto, and switch filter socks... what am I missing?

Im not sure about your question. Are you saying that you had a nitrate problem or that you still have a nitrate problem? What is your feeding schedule? Alot of the problems associated with high nitrate are usually related to overstocking or overfeeding.
