After much research I bought a Tradewind. 25 years experience and a FIVE year warranty...that's nice!

Its been working flawlessly and I have no problem recommending it. I have a 1/5 hp drop in that cools my 75Gtank to desired temp very smoothly and quickly. I dont run the AC when Im at work during the day and this chiller keeps my tank 78-80 all day long, even with it reaching 100 deg outside. One of my best purchases by far. I have it backed up by my RKE in case the chiller thermometer fails, but doubt that will happen cos it comes with a Ranco controller and they are high quality .
