Film on water surface

I've got some film on my water surface and not sure what's causing it. All my water parameters are good and there doesn't seem to be any large amount of stuff floating in the water otherwise. Ive played around with my powerheads to try and encourage more water movement which helps, but it's at the expense of flow throughout the rest of the tank. Granted I'm only running two powerheads which might be the problem. I've got a good skimmer an I've tried adding a filter sockto no avail. I've also running a coast to coast overflow which I thought prevented this sort of thing but apparently not. Anyone have any suggestion s on how to deal with this?

just point one of your powerheads a little up toward the surface and it will resolve the issue.

Ive done that and it does work, but seems like it reduces the flow throughout the rest of my tank only having one other. Guess I'll just keep playing with their locations until I get something I'm comfortable with. For a 75 gallon, is two even sufficient or should I get another? The ones I have are Koralia 3, 750gph.

i'd get bigger powerheads..i use 1 koralia 3 750gph and a 450 nano koralia in my 29 gallon and that provides just the right amount of flow...i'd for sure want bigger or more in a 75. the 750 is pointed at an upward angle and get the surface going and also provides good flow across the top and then it bounces off the opposite side and swoops back some, and the 450 is pointed down and to the side (mounted near front of tank) and flows over the rocks

Yes, it should.
