Need Help with Bulb Choice

Hi All, Here is the situation. I have a 75 gal corner tank, it has two puffers and a snowflake eel. I have some saltwater plants, a brain coral and some zoos. I have a hagen glo ballast running two 24w t5 bulbs and a marineland double bright led fixture. My plan, swap out the led fixture for 4x 39W t5's run off a workhorse7 ballast and keep the hagen ballast running two 24W t5's.
The reason I am running these is because I have them and do not want to buy any other ballasts, all I want help with is bulb choice. Off the Hagen, I plan on running two actinics for dusk and dawn, one will be in the front, one in the back. As for the four bulbs in the middle.... my idea was going with

1. UV Lighting 10,00K AquaSun
2. Giesemann Powerchrome AquaBlue Plus a 60/40 6000K/22,000K
3. Giesemann Powerchrome AquaFlora which gives a higher red spectrum for plants
4. Giesemann Powerchrome Pure Actinic with a peak at 421nm

Would this be good or what would you change and with what. I am not looking to keep many corals, I want more plants. The only reason for the corals in there now is there were attached to the same rock as a scroll coral and the other with the brain coral has a red dictyota. I have a Halimedia and hoping to find more plants like sea grasses and penicillus.
