Does a magnavore float?

Just curious. Im getting ready to purchase a new cleaner and was interest in either the 2er or 4er magnavore with the a easy scraper added to it. Do these float? Is a 4er too strong for 3/8 glass or will the 2er be fine?

Yes those models float.

I use the 4er on 1/2" and sometimes 3/8". Works just fine but I always use a dobie pad underneath it.

The 2er would probably work just fine for you but IME the 4er has been the best magnet I have ever used.
