Lighting Options

What would be the best option to light a 36",24",24 tank? I want to keep sps and zoas mostly. I was thinking maybe a 400 watt radium, but I heard the 400 watt radium isn't very good and needs to be replaced every 6 months. I'd like to keep bulb replacement and electricity costs down if possible.
