Possible next purchase.
What are your thoughts on this set-up so far?
Tank:CAD Lights 100G Artisian II Lighting: Maxspect R420R Razor 16000K or Aqua Illumination(3). Live Sand:Australian Gold? Live rock: Basic Corals: LPS SPS ZOAS. Wavemaker: Jebo WP25 x2 Controller:Neptune or reefkeeper. Sump: (included) Skimmer:Standard TIA-1150 150G Professional Cone protein skimmer(included) Gfo/pellet reactor: Doser: Rodi: Heater: ATO: Any advice on set-up or things you would add or change would be of great help. Thankyou. will be possibly purchasing in october or november once i am back from hawaii. |

I am not familiar with the skimmer you mentioned, but make sure you don't cut corners on the skimmer.

I love my Cadlights Artisan 50g and I have a Neptune APEX on mine. Outside of the skimmer (not familiar with it), that looks real good.

That looks like a sweet setup. I recommend the APEX vs reefkeeper..
Long run I would ditch the skimmer for something a little better if you decide to up your bio-load but it should be adequate for the beginning for sure. |

you may need to look at 2 of the Razors...I have one over my 62 gallon (30x20x24) and its great. but may not be enough for a 100g...just sayin

If you are planning on doing sps, I would highly recommend a gfo reactor. 2 little fishes, nextreef mr1.. I don't like the brs reactor, but its an option for you. Also run carbon on a reactor
