Is this Cyano?

Hello... love the forum... I'm reading and learning a lot...

I do have a question though ... Is this Cyano bacteria growing on my sand bed?

I have a 75g reef month and a half old... Cycled with Live Rock and a piece of shrimp... did a 25% water change and started adding a few snails, several blue/red leg hermits, two Emerald crabs, Decorator crab, a Yellow Chromis, and a Domino Damsel.

Currently running homemade filter using a Petco powerhead (Charcoal+Zinc, filter fiber) and a maxi jet 900 setup for flow ... and a 150w Heater , T5 Quad w/ Two Actinic blue and two 10k bulbs...

Levels are currently PH 8.2, Ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 0
