Just when I thought it was over

I posted a thread regarding test results. I had thought I was through my initial cycle but I believe I was incorrect. . Since that post I have had an ammonia spike of .15 that is holding for 2 days now. I also have had a diatoms bloom that started yesterday... where does ammonia need to get to before I can grab a small clean up crew??
