My Tank pics! check it out!
Attached are some better pictures of my tank that some of you guys were wanting to see! let me know what you think...however, I do have some questions. see below please.
I have orange brown stuff on the glass everyday. I clean it off with a magnet cleaner...however, I only clean the front glass and the sides, I have it on my back glass as well. Should I be cleaning it off the back glass or leave it on there?? When will I get coraline algae on the glass?? Tank has been set up for about 3-1/2 months or maybe little longer.... 2 clowns 10 hermits 2 turbo snails 5 nassarrius snails 1 green bubble tip anemone and I have 2 polyp of some type that came on a live rock with the anemone. Not sure what it is though. The anemone has stayed on the same rock he came with, however it has moved about 2 inches. I tried to feed it last night mysis shrimp but couldnt tell if the anemone took it or not...should I move the rock he is on higher up in the tank, or leave it be close to the sandbed? if he does not like it there he will move himself?? he is kind of small, i dont really see much of its tenacles moving around from the flow in the tank, i have to circulation hydor 425gph in the tank. hope that is enough. but i think he looks healthy anyway so far, his mouth is not open. what do you guys think? have had the anemone for 2 days so far. anyway, just thought i would share the better pictures of the tank, since some of you guys wanted to check it out. later. |

Tank looks good! I use to feed my anemone silver sides, makes it easier to see if its eating.

I feed my bta store bought human raw shrimp. Much cheaper than any food you will buy from a LFS.
Don't mess with your nem, if it's staying where it is that means it's happy there. If you start moving it you are asking for problems. I'd wait a week before you start feeding it so it can acclimate to your tank.
