Depending on where you live there might be a local reef forum here on reef central or they might have their own forum. I am in the Chicago area and I have access to a forum here just for Chicago and there is also another entire website just for Chicago area reefers.

You have to be an active member for 90 days and a minimum of 50 quality posts offering suggestions is an example then there is a new set of pages that opens up to you here at RC and you can buy and sell on this site. Until then yep Craigslist.

Check with your LFS, you might be able to take all your stuff there for some store credit.

When I moved from Connecticut to Wisconsin. I was able to sell everything I wanted on a local forum. Things were gone in a couple days.

Some lfs will give you credit for livestock, although not as much as selling them to other people. I found a Facebook group for reefers near me, so you can try that as well.

I've tried selling live rock for months through local club and craigslist and no luck.
Going to LFS this week and basically giving it all away. Better to give it away than continue to suffer my wife's wrath for taking her garage space away.
