Talking Feels Like Christmas Already... (Share a Graph!)

I hope you guys don't mind me bragging... But I hurried home in record time to catch the UPS delivery guy.

And behold...

So far, these things are worth every penny, and with the ReefLink, setting up and syncing everything was a breeze. And my tank looks 100 times better than before. Plus I have ample amounts of room to work with when I am doing tank servicing.

After the acclimation period, I will start adding a few small pieces of SPS. They will be running at 70% overall power after the break-in period that I set in the app. Anyone care to share any Radion Graphs that can be used?

Thanks!

Congrats!

Although I would have done two 30's rather than the 15's.
You will have shadowing issues with sps.
But I suppose you have time before they start growing out to add another one or two 15's.

Agreed, but the 30's were over the budget, and I just couldn't wait to have these things.

Not sure if you are worried about style but you should instead go for the muti light rms mount instead of 2 single mounts. It give you an upgrade path.

The way he has his rock work though it looks like he planned appropriately.

And the fact that he lives in the Bronx means there is probably a pile of wrecked cars and carnage lying in his wake like a scene out of the road warrior if he made it home quickly after work. I drove in the Bronx for 2 weeks......the lines on the pavement? Don't mean a thing...to be honest, sidewalks really are only suggestions. Parking spots? Nah, just park where ever you are in the street ..no one needs those lanes. Mothers pushing babies in strollers? If you stop the people behind you will blow the horn and urge you to run them over (I'm not even kidding here). Turning left, you should definitely drive directly into oncoming traffic, don't wait for a hole.

I have 11-foot high ceilings, and I don't trust the cheap plaster that was used on the walls, so I wanted to mount them on the tank. In the future, I just have to find XR30 mounts and keep the rest of the RMS pieces to upgrade.

I spit out my coffee reading this because of how true it is! No exaggeration what-so-ever. Having a bicycle is a huge plus because you can get to the front of the pack at red lights, ride through said red light if it is clear (not legal, but grossly unenforced), and even be moving faster than traffic at times, too. I had a car when I first moved here, but it went from being an asset to a huge burden due to lack of parking, insurance, and cab drivers, availability of public transit, and those sneaky traffic enforcement agents. Eventually had to get rid of it after 4 years.

But my new urchin has been bulldozing my rock-work in order to munch on my corraline, so I may have to re-stack it soon. But that is my intended layout. Two "coral shelves" on the sides, and open ocean in the middle where the flow is the lowest.
