My last tank.. for real this time... 120

Well I honestly believe this to be my last one for a really long time.. I absolutely love the dimensions and think a 120 4x2x2 is perhaps the perfect size 4 foot tank..

So I had my 74 tower for 6 months.. cool tank, but I missed the lateral swimming of the fish... caught my wife on just the right day and she said do it haha...

So went from this:

Bought this (150):

Decided I didn't want the 150 and wanted a brand new tank.. bought a 120 and got to work...

Thanks to my wife (who did all the painting, sanding, filling etc) ended up with this:

Took last weekend to transfer everything over, get the plumbing done etc. To get to this point:

Thanks to my LFS Tiki Corals on the suggestion on full syphon. Which is awesome and so quiet..

Sump:

Lights: (gonna add some T5 eventually)

Now it's time to stock it!!!

Thank you... yea the 120 is perfect for me.. love the size..

I have 6 different gorgs right now.. all photosynthetic variety... there are several more I want to add...

As for stocking so far I have:
Pair of clowns
Orchid dottyback
Chalk bass
Bangaii card
Firefish

I plan to add a bristletooth tang (coming today actually), a blenny and/or goby, maybe a trio of anthias, and perhaps a wrasse or two... like to have about 10-12 fish when I'm done..

Beautiful. I love the simple aquascape and open space! I've been interested in getting a "harder to keep" gorgonian... Do you find they are easier to keep than the descriptions on LA?

That rock work is amazing! Probably a dumb question but what is the last picture? It appears to have a mouth like a mushroom or LPS.

Thanks.. these gorgs are all photosynthetic... they are what I would call almost easy... require no feedings etc.. most of the gorgs on the LA are the non photosynthetic ones that are tricky..

Firefish
Chalk bass
Orchid dottyback
Starry blenny
3 saphire damsels
Green clown goby
Eyebrow barnacle blenny

Nice looking tank, growing out nicely and love all the gorgonians!
I'm looking to do somewhat similar w/ my own 120g.
Nice job on stand, looks clean!
