I have one of the older one. Non-Wifi.
IMO, all the blackbox LED are pretty much all the same. One led module will not give you full coverage on the 40 breeder. The IT2060 would be better. |

I bought from Amazon, it appears to be the same only cheaper.
http://www.amazon.com/Galaxyhydro-55..._cart_rp_1_1_p I use 2 of them over a 40b and they work great. Full power white +blue is actually too much light so I usually just run blue only for most of the day and add the white for a few hours when I'm home at night. Quality seems good, they are well constructed and I've had no issues yet after 5 months. |

Can you control any of them with your phone or computer?

A single Kessil A160WE lights this 40 Breeder. No bigger than a soda can, mounted about 8" above the water surface. Controllable.

Black box LEDs are great but they don't compare to radions, hydras or kessils. But don't get me wrong that are good

I have an evergrow/black box/euphotica over mine like your link but I have the 24inch and like it. It grows anything but I like the look of a kessil a better.

I had a Chinese black box over my 40b for a while and my corals did ok, nothing fantastic as far as growth.
I kept searching for a reasonable cost LED light that would cover my tank with only one light fixture and I found it and am very glad that I bought it. Ocean Revive Arctic T247. It is a totally different light spectrum from the Chinese Black box lights and my corals are growing fantastic. I did burn a lot of my corals when I first set it up as this is a much brighter light than the CBB. But for $175 shipped to me I have one great light and it gives great coverage to my 40b. I highly recommend it.
