need help asap with reef tank
Hello, my Oceanic biocube 29 finally bit the bullet a few days ago. I am now in the market either for a new hood (lights) or a whole new system. I don't have much knowledge in what would be a good tank or not. Evidently the one I currently own is not so great with filtering.I am wanting to go as cheap, but effective as possible. Please leave links, or the specific names of items you have in mind. I am fine to go as small as a 13 gallon tank, but don't want to go bigger than a 30 g. Thanks for your help

Right now I have hammerhead coral, lots of hairy mushroom coral (those guys spread like crazy), a small frag of moon coral. Fish wise we have 1 Ocellaris Clownfish, 1 black and white clownfish, 1Yellowtail Blue Damselfish(he's almost 6 yrs old) a few hermit craps, and some snails.

Why don't you like your current setup? Did something specific fail on it? Are you keeping any of your current equipment?

Sorry for the rude responses.
I would just replace the light if that is all that broke on your tank. They sell lighting for that tank or you can take the lid off and put any light over it you like. Could you post some pics?
