Peach's Pets

Hi all! I am Ellen Peach of Peach's Pets in Haddam, CT. I bought Best Friends Pets (formerly Paragon Aquatics) in May 2005. We are family owned and operated. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best, full service pet shop we can. Children are always welcome! Browsing & questions are encouraged.

I wish to clear up a few misconceptions I have seen posted here. We do not specialiaze in anything. We try to carry a varied selection of livestock and dry goods. Due to a lack of petshops and a lack of reefers in the area, we cannot afford to become a saltwater only store. We currently have 3-40 gallon and 2-125 gallon tanks up and stocked, plus live rock. Due to small shop size, we can't carry lots of equipment but are more than happy to order anything you want. We also have frozen and other foods.

Further, to any of Dan's old customers: He is gone! If you had problems with him, I am sorry, but can not help you. Please feel free to stop by and check us out. We will be happy to answer any questions we can.

THERE IS NO MORE SMOKING IN THE STORE!!! Thank You.

And last but not least: A Great Big Thank You for all the nice things you all have posted about us. We promise to continue growing and trying our best to meet your needs.
