Coco worm making a comeback.

My 2 year old coco worm dropped it's heads about 3 weeks ago. Last night it popped out 2 small brand new ones. I could cry. Everyone keep your fingers crossed.

If they shed their crown it usually means they are starving. Then they will usually regrow a smaller crown that doesn't take as much energy to sustain. Try target feeding it if you haven't already.

Here's a pic from today. The heads aren't as fluffy or colorful as before but hopefully with time...

Yep, I've been dropping some in about once or twice a week. I think what was freaking it out was the angelfish from hell constantly harassing it. Thank God beelzebub has been removed.

most likely was the angel. I had a long nose butterfly that had to be removed as my coco tube and my feather duster would not come out. Glad to see all is better. Happy reefing
