Frozen Foods

Another quick question, frozen foods how long do I thaw? Formula Two for example.

I thaw the little cubes of mysis in a little cup w/ a small amount of water from my tank. let it sit for a few minutes and then you should be good to go.

I thaw mine in a fine strainer for 15 min or so and rinse with a bit or RO/DI.

I do the same as WILL2002 once the cube is thawd I use a large eye dropper to help distibute the food little by little to make sure the bullies do not get more than their fare share.

I put it in a small container then dip it in the tank and let the lights melt it for a few minutes. Mix with finger and pure it in.
