Bright lime green is common, it will eventually be overtaken by the purple variety (at least mine always has). So not a problem

Mine was green for about 2months than it started gaining purple very fast. Dont be worried like i, i was upset that my LFS sold me absolute crap but it turned out pretty nice!

the wierd thing is that it is on the back glass and was purple already and is turning green in spots ???
the tank is only 6 mths old and i have not seen this happen before, and it has changed in a matter of 3-5 days. |

Well the issue is "What is the green" soft or hard algae?
You could be moving into a period of some other algae outbreak. And you are correct, purple coraline going green is odd. I would not get to worried about it either way, tanks under a year old can do funny things
