Reef bugs

Has anyone tried a product from Mark Weis called Reef Bugs? Its supposed to be eggs that actually grow and survive in the water untill eaten by the corals

They are not really eggs or animals at all. They are bacterial (microbial) endospores that "hatch" out. The product is basically composed of bacterial aggregates that are supposed to activate once in the water. It is meant to be a source of bacterioplankton (which most healthy tanks will have plenty of).
