Eco Wheel?

I found some info on a product called an eco wheel, but havent actually heard many ppl talkin about them. Is this because they are old tech, especially new tech, overpriced tech, or what? From what I was able to find it sounded like a cool gadget.

Actually, one of the mods uses it. Unfortunately, I do not remember who.

Now, there is another thread on the RC but I can't seem to find it. That one had many many pages of someone talking about the eco wheel and he had pics.

Perhaps someone can do a search and bring it back up.
