What concerns do you have. I would think a dwarf lion would be ok to add for your tank, if you have a good skimmer. Nothing should bother the fish because of its defenses.

My concerns are if the lionfish will eat any of my coral or fish.

The lionfish won't bother your corals.
However, a lionfish will eat anything that fits in its mouth, that includes shrimp, possibly snails and small fish.

I'd love to have a lionfish, but I decided not too because of that. If your fish are not too small you may be safe, ut there's an element of risk there.

Maybe someone who has experience with it will be able to chime in. If you decided to go for it make sure to buy a very small specimen.

Dwarf zebras dont get that big. They're one of the bigger dwarfs though. I've seen them top off at about 7". Like recife said, if it can fit in it's mouth, it's as good as gone. I would probably wait til some of your fish like the clowns got a little bigger. But your corals will be just fine. I would be more worried about snails and hermits.
