My plan - some advice please

So I have a new 29 Gallon tank I just orderd

Lighting - 30" 2x65W Current USA PowerCompact Orbit Fixture *

PH - Seio 820's.

Heater - Jager 150 W heater

Salt - Coralife Scientific Grade Marine Salt

P Skimmer - CPR - Bak - Pak 2

Once that gear comes in I am going to fill tank with tap water set up all gear and use drops to de-chlorinate water. turn on heater and skimmer and PH

Order Live rock 50 lbs/ live sand 44 lbs (un cured)

Place LR / LS in tank and let cycle - weeks to whenever. until done I think the rock will cure in the tank as it cycles.??

add cleaning crew

add fish . inverts

Is this plan sane.?? I want to do this correct

You may want to rethink using tap water.
