Post your water parameters. All of them...

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Salinity
Alkalinity
pH
Calcium
Temperature

This will help greatly!

Tank size?
Equipment?
Current live stock?

Don't worry, we'll have plenty of questions

Also how long has the tank been set-up?
How long have you had fish? and Coral?
Are the air bubbles held down together or are they free floating?

Welcome to Reef Central

they look pretty bad but your measurements are very good. How long have you had those corals and how long are you lighting periods? When you say you have the ammonia under control what is the exact reading?

The bubbles I am guessing by your setup could be coming from the skimmer. I would turn the skimmer off and see if the problem improves.
