Question about LED/T5 combo

So Ive got some LED fixtures that Im going to be supplementing with a 4 bulb T5 fixture over my 225.

My question is, Do you lose the shimmer from the LEDs if you add some T5s or is there still some effect from the LEDs?

Current Tank Info: 225 mixed w/ 225 sump 550 lbs live rock,3x MarinePure ceramic blocks,Skimz SM201,Geo 618 CR,Vectra L1,DOS automatic water changes,3x 250w MH w/ 4x actinic T5,All ran by Apex thru Fusion.--57 community tank w/ OR T-247,120 nem tank.

depends if led are powerful or if they have lenses..

in my fixture (ATI) shimmer is very poor ...but i have 8 tubes

The LED fixtures i have are equivalent to radion g1 ill have three of them over my 6ft. 225 along with the. 4bulb t5
