Need help with flow

I cant seem to find the perfect flow in my tank and it is driving me nuts. I have spots of cyano that i hate seeing and just want it gone. This tank is a 20 gallon cube with an mp10 and return pump, rio800. This should be enough flow? Ive been tinkering around with my mp10 for sometime now trying to find the sweet spot but cant seem to get it. I believe the cyano is from improper flow. I dont know what to do to rid of the cyano. Would like to get rid of it without running gfo, but i can if i have to. Heres a current pic of whats going on.
