Another led % question

I am running a 48 in reef breeder on top of a standard 90 gal tank mixed reef sps/lps/polys/shrooms I have the lite set for my blue channel from 0% to 30% back to 0% and white from 0% to 20 % back to 0% through out the day in half hour incriments I have had the lite for about 6 months and i did have it on higher but started bleaching some corals it has been turned doen for a bout two months and everything looks better but still not great my polyps open great in the shade but not in the open lite(this is what i base things on) my spa open nicely but the tops are whitish ( these r in the middle of the tank) it just seems if I turn the lite down any more it would be too much (but what do I know thats why I'm asking) do you think i should turn the lite down more or what

all my par are on point and steady for over a year
