Double cone 150

I am setting up a 120 g lps and sps with sump and 20 g frag tank will the 150dc work for this system as I know you don't want to over size the skimmer with bk. or do I need the 180 dc thanks shawn

I have the DC 150 on a 80 and think 180 would be best on your tank. Plus you get a better pump.

I agree. The 150 would be marginally undersized where as the 180 would be perfect. Also, the RD3 pump on the 180 will make setting up and tuning the skimmer much easier on your system.

I run a DC 180 on my Reefer 450 which is approx 90gal display + 20gal sump.

This is 4 days. I clean up weekly, it's usually 1/3 full of very dark.



I'd recommend the DC 180 as well for your size system.
