Rbta
So I got an RBTA last week, I put it on top of the middle rock in the tank, I wanted it to be the focus of the tank. However even before the lights came on it had moved under the rock
So since last week it's been sitting upside down, on the underside of a rock, how is this even possible? I know they are photosynthetic, it is receiving very little light down there, and the weirdest part is it's staying fully open. My question is, should I try and get it to move by changing up the flow/tinkering with the lighting? Or should I let it stay there longer. It really sucks that this happened because it's not even visible, I can't even tell there's an anemone in my tank |

Don't touch it or try to move it or change the lighting or flow. All you will do is stress it more. When it's ready to come out, it will and it will move to place where it's content. Give it time.

Yup. It will find a spot when it is ready. May not be what you want but it will find a spot. They are pretty amazing. I now have 6...

Alright, I will let it be, upon closer inspection it seems the one anemone I bought last week has now split into two, I just couldn't tell because they were so close to each other

They move on their own. The biggest problem most people have with them is them picking a spot that they don't like. |
