300G DD tempered?
I picked up a used 300G DD tank from a hobbyist in WI. It has 4 holes in tank bottom, dual overflow. These are small holes (wish you would use bigger for more flow!)
Can I drill the bottom or sides? It is supposedly low iron glass front/sides. Not sure what the bottom or back is, but there are 1" holes in bottom corners. *I know it would violate warranty, but not sure if it's under warranty now or not after owner change 3 times now.

According to what I found out online via Marinelands forums, its not tempered, but I would like confirmation as well from someone who's drilled it. Agreed, the holes are wayy to small

I have a 300dd drilled on the side. Was ordered as non ref ready so would assume none are tempered on sides
