Doh! I just dipped my arm in the tank after using off big spray!
Its friday and I had a few beers. Just used some off mosquito repellent with deet. About 5 minutes later I decided it was a good time to stick some nori on my clip. Dunked half my arm in the tank. Should I panic or just keep an eye on things and change water if anything starts acting abnormal? Im running carbon. 120 gallon dt with 55g sump.

Not too much you can do. Keep the carbon running and look out for anything going wrong. If you are signs of stress do as large a WC as you have on hand. Good luck.

New carbon would be a good idea, add more if possible. If you have the ability to perform a large water change that can also help dilute. Good luck, I can not think of anything else.

I have done that a few times and never a problem. The amount that would get in the water is very small. Next trend will be to dose it

This is one of the hundred reason I keep an Aquaclear 110 on each tank with a pretty large amount of quality carbon in a panty hose running 24/7. Mistakes with chemicals, noxious coral poisons, etc. etc.
