Parasite or scar?

I have had this tailspot blenny for about 1 month and a half.. and he’s had this for a while. He’s been in copper for a 1 month and a half. And prazipro for 1 month. (Redosing it) my question is could it just be a scar? I also did a freshwater dip today to check if anything would pop off, but nothing did

Looks kind of large for a parasite so I would guess scar. Then the question is did he scrape himself scratching or just some accident. If he is eating and behaving normally I would just keep my eye on him.

That’s what I’m thinking. He has been eating like a pig ever since I got him and behaving normally too. Thank you for your thoughts!

Could it be just natural modelling color pattern.
It sure looks like it, like when a fish sleeps some get white blotches.
