Noisy Iwaki pump

My Iwaki pump began making a higher pitch whine sound last year. Is this a sign of bad hearings? If so, in the motor or the impeller assembly? If the pump head and not the motor, are replacement parts available and is it worthwhile to repair? If it’s the motor, I’m guessing that it’s time for a new unit. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like either bearings or it REALLY needs a cleaning.
Either way it deserves a cleaning & or repair, they last & last.
Parts are available.
